There is no medication as amazing as the body's ability to heal itself. The body can heal itself if you let it. The problem is the body has a really hard time when its under constant stress. The lifestyle and diet of the average person today is enough to cause damage every single day and this is the problem. What if I told you that most diseases were actually the same disease. That every major disease shares a massive similarity.
If you are interested in living healthier hear me out for a second. In 26 years of work in Uganda the H.C.T only found 1 case of heart disease. The man was a judge and had adopted an American diet. This was 1 man among 15 million in 26 years. Wonder what happens to people if they are put on a diet followed by populations that have extremely low cases of heart condition? Not only does the disease stop, the disease starts to reverse and if we had a diet that was proven to reverse the number 1 cause of death shouldn't that be front page news? Well the truth is that doctors have been instructed to prescribe everyone a plant based diet, especially those suffering from heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure. They don't. The reason why they don't is because doctors have a unanimous belief that the patients will be unwilling to change their diet.
What's the advice that's so difficult that people will be unwilling to adapt to?
More is better. Period. More plant based foods-less animal based food. It's that simple and scale-able: the healthier you would like to be, the more plant based foods you should eat and the less animal based foods.
